Welcome to Ouroboros Majika
Ouroboros Majika is the launch night of our new ritual‑techno series in Exeter - raising funds for the PSMG Conference, a groundbreaking gathering centred on feminine, queer, and gender‑expansive perspectives in psychedelic research.
PSMG will be hosted by the University of Exeter this April, and Majika is our way of fuelling that work through movement, magik, and collective celebration.
Expect a night shaped by the Ouroboros aesthetic: serpentine visuals, mythic undertones, neon shadows, and a dancefloor that feels alive. Our DJs guide a sonic journey of deep, hypnotic techno and ritual bass designed to pull you into the loop.
This is more than a club night. It's a fundraiser, a community ritual, and the beginning of a new chapter for psychedelic culture in the Southwest.
Friday 6 November, 11pm-3am. Bomba Exeter.
Miss Mayhem channels raw underground energy that cuts between acid techno and drum and bass with precision and attitude. Born from Brighton's club scene in 2004, she quickly became a force across iconic venues before carrying that momentum into the West Country, shaping nights in Plymouth and beyond. Her journey has taken her through residencies, festival stages, and national appearances, including Boomtown and We R Acid, where her sets have become known for their intensity, grit, and unstoppable forward motion. Miss Mayhem brings a fierce, rave‑honed presence to Majika - the kind that grips the room and refuses to let go.
Tone‑E arrives with pure dance‑floor voltage. With more than 15 years rooted in festivals and free parties, he's been lighting up crowds across the UK, Europe and beyond with a signature blend of dirty bass‑heavy house, breakbeat pressure, and driving tech house energy. His sets carry that unmistakable underground pulse - rolling basslines, rave‑born grooves and a vibe that grabs the room and doesn't let go. When Tone‑E steps up, the dancefloor comes alive, and Majika becomes charged with that festival‑born electricity he's known for.
Jove brings expansive Jupiterian energies to the sound system - bolts of lightning across genres, intensities, and tempos. He has thundered dancefloors from Oxford to London, Stockholm to Devon, and streaked across the airwaves on Brooklyn and Cambridge radio through his weekly show, Pyrosonics. As the progenitor of the Amor Fati Collective, his sonic world spans Vermillion, Global Systems Death Spiral, Illuminare, Psychic Magpie Unit and more, each project carrying its own mythic charge. Jove's sets strike with cosmic force, bending the night into something ecstatic, unpredictable, and alive.
L4N4 is blazing her way into the Ouroboros techno landscape with unstoppable momentum. A fast‑rising ambassador for the Ouroboros sound, she first tore open the loop at our one‑year birthday party with a debut set that left the room vibrating, and she's been shaping dancefloors at private free parties ever since. Her sets move like wildfire - deep, driving melodic techno pressure, rave‑born grit and a pulse that pulls people straight into motion. She weaves tech house, Japanese techno, acid‑techno and flashes of jungle into blend that hits with precision and attitude. L4N4 doesn't just play; she arrives with intent. Majika is her next ignition point, and she's ready to set the room alight.
Friday 6 November, 11pm-3am. Bomba Exeter. Capacity 250.
