A rare chance to see klezmer and radical Jewish culture taken in all different directions on one evening, from punk to trad to techno. Not to be missed!
Instead of playing distinct sets, we're (probably) going to be mixing and matching, collaborating and contrasting, in ways we can't quite predict. We hope to make it an inspiring and unique evening.

MICHAEL ALPERT is a trailblazing klezmer musician and Yiddish singer, multi-instrumentalist and educator. As a pioneer in the revival of modern klezmer, he's featured on countless albums and inspired musicians all over the world. It's not an exaggeration to say that modern klezmer wouldn't be the same without him.
