About Edinburgh Dungeon Standard Admission
Edinburgh Dungeon Standard Admission takes you underground into Scotland’s darker history at the Edinburgh Dungeon. The experience brings together live actors, special effects, a drop ride and scenes drawn from Edinburgh’s murky past, with sights, sounds and smells designed to recreate the atmosphere.
You will encounter notorious characters including Burke and Hare, Sawney Bean and Agnes Finnie, as well as moments inspired by the Black Plague and the torture chamber. It is an interactive walk-through attraction that combines history, theatre and thrill-ride elements.
Recommended for ages 8 and up.
