I flew all the way out from Southern California to see this show. I thought the venue was great, the people were friendly. WWPJs rocked! It was a great experience all the way around!

Great band as always. Venue poor and did not appear particularly organised. Loos had no soap and ran put of toilet paper very quickly

The sound system obscured view for about 45%of the crowd. The view all around was poor unless you were about 6'3. The sound quality was much better outside & in the toilets. The bar seemed to struggle with the numbers of thirsty people. Band were good.

This venue has a lot of potential- the ambiance is industrial and unassuming- the sort of place you expect to turn out to be a gem. Unfortunately, the event I was at wasn’t a gem at all.

No one was allowed entry until 20 minutes after the advertised “doors open” time because “the bands were doing sound checks”. The venue was freezing - throughout the concert, there were people in wool caps, and many wore jackets in the pit. The bar staff hustled all night long, but their efforts were undercut by a bad layout, a questionable tap setup, and incorrect instructions about card payments. Getting a drink was a 10 minute affair which required wading through an inch of sticky beer on the floor due to the bottleneck corner placement. This would be excusable for a dive, if it weren’t for the exorbitant drink prices. £5 for a PBR... are you serious? The toilet was gross - there were no hand dryers or paper towels, so most who entered forwent hand washing entirely. About 2.5 hours after opening and perhaps 20 minutes of stage time from *any* live entertainment, the main act went on. This was the sole highlight of the night. There was no wifi to supplement the abysmal cell coverage inside during the downtime.

I’ve been to at least 25 different venues/shows and this was among the worst. I live nearby and desperately want Edinburgh to have a thriving music scene, but this night was exemplary of why we don’t.

For an event focusing on gin there was little choice - Eden Mill, Gordons or Tanqueray only - and severely overpriced. Even the staff looked embarrassed to be there! The whole thing just felt like a total shambles, no atmosphere at all, barely any seating. For 25 a ticket, it only covered entry (the Biscuit Factory seemed like it could be a cool venue but the atmosphere was bland, no seating, & only "ok" music) and 1 drink of standard gin & tonic. Really not worth it & major regret having gone.

The music was great, the weather was perfect, amazing street food. Brilliant evening topped of by cracking set from Greg Wilson.

I expected a larger selection of gins. Both standard and premium gins were overpriced. Didn't like the fact there was only 1 type of tonic - premium tonic. Should have had a larger selection of scottish gins. Really liked the top floor of the biscuit factory as a venue - stunning in fact. Bit weird you couldn't take your drink between floors and one bar downstairs didn't serve gin at all ... there should have at least been a sign explaining this as we didn't discover this until we were getting served.

I attended the Edinburgh event and it let me really disappointed. It was really disorganized.
The venue has so much potential however already at 7 pm there was one functioning ladies toilet at level 2 and at towering queue of ladies at the lower level. It was a joke!!!!
Paying 25 for a entrance ticket I would not expect to pay 7-8 for a gin and tonic at the venue!
The "food market" was 3 lonely stalls and it was just OK.
Some of the DJ were good other not on theme and really reeeeaaally boring.
The dance floor at level 2 was empty all the time I have been at the party (7 to 11 pm), here there were the fancy gin bar, which of course didn't accept card payment and No cash machine was available at the venue. We managed to put some cash together and get one of this pricey drink there but they didn't have a license for making you carrying the drink downstairs so we were awkwardly stuck in this empty room for long while....
I was really looking forward to the event but it turn out not good. Thankfully, it was a beautiful warm sunny day and I was in amazing company so over all we had fun but I won't be going there again.

This could have been such a great night. However, it was little less than mediocre. Great venue and the tunes were pretty good, but the beer was warm and expensive, there were only 3-4 food stalls and the bathrooms were pretty gross. We weren't allowed to take alcohol upstairs onto the second floor, which was frankly ridiculous. We left at 10.30pm, feeling thoroughly disappointed.
