Swap a Joke for a Higgidy Snack with Comedian Mark Watson

Higgidy, the delicious savoury pastry snack makers, will be bringing even more fun and laughter to the first day of the Edinburgh Fringe festival this year with the help of comedian and Fringe headliner, Mark Watson. The event kicks off on Friday 7th August from 10am - 6pm, when the Higgidy team will be sampling a selection of their delicious rolls and savoury mini muffins from a gleaming airstream trailer set in Register Square, at the entrance to St James Quarter.

And if you don't fancy taking the mic, you can buy packs of 6 rolls and mini muffins for a very special price of just £2.

The Higgidy menu for the day will include:
Extra Mature Cheddar and Caramelised Onion Chutney Rolls with a Crispy Onion Crumb
Beechwood Smoked Ham Hock and Mature Cheddar Sausage Rolls with Dijon Mustard
Extra Mature Cheddar and Spinach Mini Muffins with a Pinch of Chilli
Hoisin Pulled Mushroom and Spring Onion Rolls with Linseeds
