What does your degree look like after dark?

Grab your lab coat, power suit, paint palette or hard hat – or take your course in a direction nobody sees coming. Dress as Your Degree is taking over Potterrow, and we want to see your subject brought to life on the dancefloor.

Whether you study medicine, maths, music, languages, law or something that always needs explaining, turn it into an outfit and make it your own. Keep it simple, go completely over the top, come with your course mates or arrive solo.

There’s a prize for the most creative look, so clever ideas will get you much further than an expensive costume. All subjects and all Edinburgh students are welcome – and while dressing up is encouraged, you can absolutely still join us without a costume.

Expect big student anthems, brilliantly questionable outfits and plenty of cross-faculty chaos until 3am.
