Bonfest brings three days of live rock to Kirriemuir, Bon Scott’s Scottish hometown. The 21st International Bon Scott Rock Festival follows a sold-out 20th anniversary and welcomes more than 30 acts from 12 countries.

Australian rock legends The Screaming Jets headline, making their Bonfest debut and first UK appearance in more than 30 years. They’re joined by British rock favourites Terrorvision, Dutch trio DeWolff and returning festival favourites Hayseed Dixie, with more acts on the bill.

Fans travel from around the world to celebrate Bon Scott’s life and music in the town where he spent his early years. The festival is organised by local charity DD8 Music, with proceeds supporting music and creative opportunities for young people and communities across Angus.

Organised by the charity DD8 Music and run by volunteers, Bonfest also supports opportunities for young musicians in the area through creative projects and learning.
