Manchester's best Afro House DJ's and our favourite selectors from Glasgows underground bring House Music back to Dundee. We close out our 3-part weekender with the only freshers week party delivering real uncompromising House and Electronic Music until the early hours.

TREEHOUSE marks the return of a dedicated House Scene in Dundee, reinvented through a fusion of Afro and World Music with Glasgows gritty and driving electronica. To deliver this unique sonic identity we are hosting a cross-city collab between Manchester's warm percussive Afro House scene and Glasgow's "4 to the floor", raw and energetic underground.

LINE UP

MALANDRO

Malandro opens the night with a party-starting, early-doors set. Drawing from his Italo-Mozambican heritage and South African upbringing, Malandro will spin an energy-raising, organic mix of world music, classic dance and deep Afro and House grooves, utilising his signature vocal samples to create a soulful warm and relaxed foundation for the night to come. Head down to the club early, grab your spot, get cheaper drinks and hang out with the TREEHOUSE crew and artists before the night builds.

TWO BROTHERS

As the club begins to fill, the lights go dark and the music gets moody. The sibling duo injects a heavy dose of West Coast underground grit. Born in entirely different countries and millenniums, they use their contrasting eras and tastes to create an unpredictable, high-energy dynamic in the booth. They will bridge the gap between Manchester's warmth and Glasgow's edge by clashing raw, gritty electro beats with driving, infectious Deep House, Afro and Tribal tracks

The whole weekend has been building to this. Our weekend headliner closes TREEHOUSE with a 3 hour extended set, bringing our 3 part weekender to a close. As the mastermind behind Manchester's massive Ubuntu nights, he has built a fierce reputation for his high-energy, viral street sets that turn public spaces into unified, open-air dance floors. Driven by the philosophy of connection and unity through music, he will deliver a driving, relentless closing performance-unleashing a heavy, extended blend of driving Afro Tech, hypnotic tribal percussion, pulsing baselines, and euphoric global frequencies built to push the first ever TREEHOUSE to its absolute limit.
