Reviews of The Talbot in Belbroughton
The Talbot venue information
The 'Talbot' is set in the idyllic and historical village of Belbroughton, conveniently located just a few minutes from the M5.
The ancient village of Belbroughton, was first mentioned in a Saxon Charter of 817AD.
It is one of England's great treasures and remains a fully working village with its own agricultural and industrial heritage.
The Talbot's original building is believed to have been a small late 17th or early 18th century Inn built of red brick and having a tiled roof.
The public house now boasts open log fires, lovely soft furnishings, oak timbers and a fabulous enclosed garden with a covered patio area.
Our Food and Drink...
When creating our menus we try to keep it simple. We aim to only use the finest ingredients, local & organic where possible. Food is served all day everyday . When dining with us, either in the lounge or restaurant, all our food is prepared in the kitchen by our fantastic Head Chef and his team.
Our restaurant provides a relaxed and luxurious dining experience, serving a full A La Carte menu, and a range of seasonal specials. The Lounge offers more casual stylish surroundings with big leather sofas, open log fires and a relaxing atmosphere. We have a very well stocked bar.
You may be impressed by our excellent selection of fine wines by the glass, or the bottle. The draught beers on offer include premium lagers Peroni, Nastro, Azzurro & Stella Artois - and our selection of guest ales each week include the infamous 'Cocker Hoop', together with the odd winter warmer for those cold nights and light ales for those warm summer months
