IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Tickets will be scanned at the entrance gate. Please ensure your phone is sufficiently charged and your ticket is ready to display, or bring a printed copy.

Family Tickets: All people covered by a Family Ticket must arrive and enter the event together and remain on site..

Child Tickets: A Child Ticket cannot be purchased or used without an accompanying Adult (Age 18 +) Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over at all times. Proof of age/ID may be requested.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event where necessary. No refund will be provided where admission is refused or a person is removed due to their behaviour or failure to comply with event rules.

You will not be admitted to the event without a valid ticket.

CAR & MINIBUS PARKING

A limited number of car and minibus parking tickets are available and must be purchased in advance alongside your event admission tickets.

There will be a taxi drop off on site

Please be aware that parking is on grass and ground conditions will be affected by the weather. Vehicles are parked on site at the owner's risk.

We have limited accessible parking for Blue Badge holders. Please contact the Club Office on 01384 395000 before purchasing your parking ticket to confirm availability.

ACCESSIBILITY & GROUND CONDITIONS

Stourbridge Rugby Club is predominantly an open, grassed site. Although there are some tarmac paths around the entrances and exits, much of the event takes place on grass and uneven terrain.

Ground conditions are weather dependent. Following wet or extreme weather, areas may become muddy, slippery or difficult to navigate, which could affect access for guests with limited mobility, wheelchairs or mobility aids.

Please take this into consideration before purchasing your tickets and contact the Club if you have any accessibility concerns.

SECURITY, ALCOHOL & DRUGS

For everyone's safety, alcohol and illegal drugs must not be brought into the event.

Bag and security searches will be carried out at the entrance by our SIA-licensed security team. Anyone refusing a search may be refused entry.

Our bars operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are fortunate enough to look under 25 and wish to purchase alcohol, please bring appropriate photographic ID.

Security staff reserve the right to manage or disperse groups and to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, threatening or inappropriate.

SPARKLERS

Sparklers are not permitted at this event.

Due to the number of people attending and for health and safety reasons, sparklers brought to the event will be confiscated at the entrance.

DOGS

Dogs are not permitted on site, with the exception of recognised assistance dogs.

ESSENTIAL COMPANION TICKETS

We recognise that some guests may be unable to attend or access the Stourbridge Rugby Bonfire & Fireworks event without the support of an Essential Companion.

We therefore offer a free Essential Companion Ticket for eligible guests who require another person to provide essential support during their visit.

The guest requiring assistance must first purchase their own full-price admission ticket through Skiddle and then contact Skiddle Customer Support on 0333 301 0101 to apply for an Essential Companion Ticket.

Skiddle may request appropriate evidence to confirm eligibility. Having a disability does not automatically mean that an Essential Companion Ticket will be issued; eligibility is based on the guest's need for additional support in order to access the event.

Examples of supporting documentation may include:

• DLA or PIP documentation
• Attendance Allowance documentation
• Evidence of registration as severely sight impaired (blind)
• Recognised Assistance Dog ID
• A valid Access Card showing a +1 requirement

Documentation should be valid and in date where applicable.

Please note: We are unable to process Essential Companion applications for children under the age of 5.
