Frequently Asked Questions

What age do I need to be to attend?

Pure 80s Classical is strictly for ages 14 and over.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. There is a maximum oftwo under-18s per adult.

I am disabled - Do you offer carer/companion tickets?

Yes we do. These can be added on to your booking. You must select a full price ticket to be able to add the companion ticket to your booking. Proof on entry is required in the form of: Personal Independence Payment Letter (dated within the last 2 years) - Letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 2 years) confirming the need for a full time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis. - A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol. The photo on the card must be of the guest who requires a free carer. 

Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?

No. Food and drink purchased outside the venue cannot be brought inside.

Fully stocked bars will be open throughout the event serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Will there be seating?

No. This is a standing-only event and there is no seating available.

Will there be security checks?

Yes. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, bag searches and security checks will be carried out on entry. Please allow extra time when arriving at the venue.

What is your Challenge 25 policy?

We operate a Challenge 25 policy at all bars.

If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you may be asked to provide valid photographic ID before being served alcohol.

Accepted forms of ID include:

• Passport
• Driving Licence
• PASS-approved Proof of Age Card

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

Can I resell or transfer my ticket?

No. Ticket exchanges, transfers and unauthorised resales are not permitted. Tickets offered for sale through unauthorised channels may be cancelled without notice.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive in plenty of time before the advertised start time to allow for ticket checks, security screening and bag searches. Doors will open at 6.45pm for a 7pm start.

Are there bars at the venue?

Yes. Bars will be open throughout the event, serving a selection of beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks and other refreshments.
