SKUM
SKUM is an Industrial Nu-Metal band local to Nottingham & Derby. SKUM has combined Grime, Industrial Metal, Nu-Metal, Midtempo, and Cyberpunk to make a mint sound that is utterly unique. SKUM is a new band that popped out to say hello to the world in late 2025 but they’ve been developing their sound and songs since 2022 and are now ready to unleash it. The EP will be out early 2026 with two singles to hit beforehand.
Ten Eighty Trees
Ten Eighty Trees are the turquoise-clad ‘dungareecore’ alternative rock power trio from Newcastle-upon-Tyne taking influence from a variety of artists including Biffy Clyro, Basement, Don Broco, Foo Fighters and Deftones. Having played up and down the UK opening for acts such as Pulled Apart by Horses, We Are Scientists, The Subways, Sundara Karma, False Heads, Mother Vulture, Lastelle and The Virginmarys, the Trees have formed a tight nit community of fans they affectionately refer to as the ‘Tree Army’, racking up over half a million streams online in the process.
Ten Eighty Trees have also been regular features on the The BBC Introducing Mixtape that airs on BBC 6 Music, as well as being handpicked to perform at major UK festivals, such as Kendal Calling in 2025.
Within the last 12 months Ten Eighty Trees have also sold out venues across the North of England, most notably The Cluny Newcastle and The Hallamshire Hotel in Sheffield and performed at grassroots music festivals such as A Stones Throw, Veritas and Tramlines Fringe.

“One of the North East’s most hardworking and dedicated acts” - NE Volume
“Ten Eighty Trees are such an exciting prospect in the UK rock scene right now.” - York Calling
“An Alt Rock trio that bring the party, just make sure you bring ear protection” - MXG Sounds
Fatal Reflection
Fatal Reflection fully formed in the beginning of 2026, and they entered the alternative scene with their debut single “Strand”. They take influences from goth to shoegaze to create an ethereal landscape of guitar-based noise with a feel of controlled chaos. They pair this sound with dreamy, haunting vocals, which together create a strong presence for the band. Fatal Reflection have previously been on BBC Introducing East Midlands and are constantly looking to improve their sound throughout Nottingham’s local scene.
Polarnova
Polarnova is a rock band made up of members from three different countries, creating a distinctive sound that blends British-inspired melodies, contemporary textures and a powerful rhythm section. Their mix of influences and cultures results in an energetic and dynamic live performance, capable of connecting with diverse audiences across borders. In just a few years, the band has established itself as one of the most promising projects in the new wave of alternative rock. Their growth on stage has led them to share the stage with international bands such as The Reytons and The K’s, appearing as a support act on their 2025 European tour. They have also been semifinalists to represent San Marino at Eurovision. Throughout their career, Polarnova has performed at venues such as Brisa Festival, Sala Shoko and Sala Trinchera, establishing a solid and constantly evolving sound. The band is currently in a new creative phase, working on the composition and recording of new material set to be released between 2026 and 2027.
All bands are on a door split so they get a fair share of ticket sales. By supporting these gigs you are genuinely directly supporting bands. Of course as standard, unlike bigger venues neither us nor The Victoria Inn take commission from any merch sales.
