The Slates @ Hairy Dog Derby

Mardy Promotions and This Feeling present THE SLATES + special guests Mumbo Orchestra and Jack and Mal

Thursday 26 November 2026, The Hairy Dog, Derby.

The Slates are one of the most exciting live bands on the UK indie scene right now. Expect big riffs, funky grooves and choruses made for shouting back at the stage. Perfect for fans of Oasis, Arctic Monkeys or The Stone Roses.

2026 has been huge for them. They signed to This Feeling Records, released 'Watch Life Burn' and 'Try It Again', and sold out a UK headline tour. Then came a summer of festivals, headlining the This Feeling Stage at Isle of Wight and The Pit at Y Not?, plus sets at Tramlines, Truck and The Great Escape. They've also shared stages with The Clause, The Lilacs and Embrace, and fan favourites like 'Shield Your Drink' still send rooms wild.

If you caught them at Y Not? this summer, you'll know what's coming. Their gigs are loud, sweaty and full of people losing their voices, so get your ticket early.

Supporting on the night are Mumbo Orchestra and Jack and Mal.
