Funhouse Comedy Club - Festival Preview All-Dayer

Funhouse Comedy brings an outstanding day of comedy to the beer garden stage at Bar One, Derby on Sunday July 12th with its Edinburgh Festival Preview All-Dayer.

2.00pm - Andrew Bird
The effortlessly engaging Andrew Bird, who has appeared on TV on The Russell Howard Hour, was the support act on Michael McIntyre's recent arena tour and has also supported Rhod Gilbert and Lee Hurst on tour, as well as performing internationally. Watching The Young Ones with his brothers as an eight year old, at two in the morning on Comic Relief, he realized then that he wanted to be funny in some way. With his personal appeal and superbly crafted, funny anecdotes, he captivates his audiences.

3.25pm - Silky - 'No, YOU’RE Poster Syndrome'

4.50pm - Jules O’Brian
Shortlisted for Funny Women, she enjoys telling anyone who will listen about ageing disgracefully, body hang-ups, parenting, and dating all done with a twinkle in her eye.

6.15pm - Jack Campbell
English Comedian Of The Year winner, Jack Campbell. His distorted logic and amusing anecdotes are both unique and appealing.

7.30pm - Diane Spencer
Plummy, funny and firey, Diane Spencer, an award-winning comedian with a rapidly growing YouTube channel of over 10K subscribers and 1 million views. She has performed worldwide including The Laugh Factory and world famous Improv (LA), received critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe festival and appeared on several TV programmes including Red Light Comedy Live from Amsterdam.
