Review of Tu Casa Summer Party

Top night by the Tu Casa crew music off the scale !

The food let the event down. It was unorganised. Although the venue did correct it, it did spoil the brunch. 
The music was excellent.

Review of Country & Western Events Cowgirl Brunch Folkestone

The only issue with this event was the food they had one chef and ran out of food I have taken pictures of what they gave us it was awful, I would like compensating for this as it was not worth the Â£31.50 x3 tickets the event itself was good Iâd think twice about going againâ¦. 

The concept for the event was great. Music provided was good and the singer engaged with the crowd really well. However the food offer was poor and disorganised. We received 2 welcome drinks (shot of tequila rose & glass of prosecco with cassis) and awaited the food. We were told it was chicken wings, nachos and onion rings. We waited...eventually we received 1 plate of wings (6) for a table of 13. These were still part raw so were returned. We then received 1 dinner sized plate of nachos with chilli and dips for 13? After we made further requests/complained we received 5-6 bowls of chilli and buckets of nachos. About 20 mins later 1 bowl of onion rings. So many tables commented on lack of food that they ordered bags and bags of KFC and handed this out! They did try to compensate but at £30 per head the food wasn't good enough. I feel that the event works but maybe without the food? Speaking to others it appears the venue may have let the organiser down so I do hope it can continue in future.

I really enjoyed the singer. She was fun and spoke to each table in between naturally. We paid over Â£30 each for 9 people and got 1 plate of nachos, 6 onion rings and 5 kfc chicken legs brought in all about 45 mins apart. Service on the food we were promised was non existent. Offered a âfree shotâ which was just fizzy mixer. No explanation of the food situation- but overheard someone in toilets saying something about a manager gone AWOL. This would have been a great event if I didnât have 9 people begrudging paying Â£30+ each for some music and decorations
