ProDog Beach Fest 2026 is a two-day celebration of dogs, bringing together exciting have-a-go activities, expert-led education, family entertainment, and charity fundraising on the Weston-super-Mare seafront. Hosted by ProDog as part of its 10th anniversary celebrations, the festival is designed to help dogs live healthier, happier, and more enriching lives.

Visitors can take part in a wide range of activities including agility, flyball, dock diving, scent detection, gun dog scurry, canicross, a dog and owner assault course, and fun competitions, with opportunities for dogs of all abilities to try something new.

The festival also features the ProDog Wellness Zone, where attendees can access nutrition advice, behavioural guidance, physiotherapy support, body condition scoring, canine first aid demonstrations, and veterinary presentations from leading experts, including consultant vet Dr Nick Thompson.

Families can enjoy dedicated puppy and children's areas, food vendors, shopping opportunities, live demonstrations, and relaxation spaces, while dogs can take advantage of welfare stations, hydration points, and shaded rest areas throughout the weekend.

Before the festival opens each morning, participants can join the Beach Fest Fun Run & Canicross event, choosing from 1km, 3km, or 5km routes along the seafront, with or without a canine running partner. All runners can set up their own fundraising page and earn themselves a Beach Fest T-shirt.

All fundraising from the event supports Holly Hedge Animal Sanctuary and RSPCA North Somerset Branch, helping fund rescue, rehabilitation, veterinary treatment, and rehoming programmes for dogs in need.
