Are you facing a creative block, would like to explore your artistic side a little bit more or do you just LOVE guided breathwork and this looks like a damn fun way to spend the afternoon?
We will explore the beautiful connection between our breath and our creativity in the relaxed and safe environment of The Hideout, BS3.
As our nervous system regulates, finding calm and balance, our creativity start to flow again. Multiply this by the lighting-up the regions of the brain again, (maybe for the first time in years) during the guided breathwork and we have the perfect combination for creative flow.
Whether you'd like to take prompts for artwork and/or haikus, or simply follow your own muse, we'll provide the basic materials alongside delicious organic home-made snacks and teas.
A perfect way to round off the weekend.
Join Gus, founder of Breath and Ice and BECOME: Breathwork Teacher Training and a lifelong (mostly) unpublished artist for an afternoon af guided breathwork and creative flow.
