About

These unique three hour MasterClass will include some of the Science, physiology and Fundamentals of Breathwork, followed by a delicious 90 Minute Guided Breathwork Journey. The dey will close with a grounding / processing ceremony where food and teas will be served.

The MasterClasses are led by Gus Hoyt, author of 'Why Breathe', founder of 'Breath and Ice' who is trained across multi-disciplinary breathwork techniques. As such he will bring a unique and exciting approach to each of the Sessions.
