Banshee is Bristol’s new alternative club night, celebrating gothic rock, post-punk, darkwave, synth-pop, EBM and industrial music.

Somewhere between nostalgia and the future, beneath the low lights of The Fleece, a new gathering emerges.

The night unfolds in three acts, taking you on a slow descent into the dark.

The Awakening
Explore the timeless sounds that shaped a generation, from The Cure, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Bauhaus and Depeche Mode to the alternative classics that still resonate today.

The Transformation
A bridge between past and present, blending darkwave, synth-pop, post-punk revival and modern alternative icons into a soundtrack built for the late hours.

The Descent
Deeper. Heavier. More hypnotic. EBM, industrial and underground electronic music take over for those who want to dance until the lights come up.

Whether you’re a lifelong devotee of the scene or simply searching for something different from the usual Friday night out, Banshee offers a welcoming space to lose yourself in the music, connect with like-minded souls and celebrate alternative culture in all its forms.
