Hi everyone!
We’re inviting you to join us for our next Walk & Talk, taking place on Saturday 26th September, 11am–12:30pm, meeting at Coniston Community Centre.
This is a lovely opportunity to come together as a community, get some fresh air and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors.
As we walk, we’ll incorporate some gentle mindfulness, nature connection and meaningful conversation — creating a supportive and relaxed space to connect with ourselves, nature and each other.
Whether you already enjoy walking and want to meet new people, or you’re looking to get out more, spend time in green spaces and experience the benefits of walking in a welcoming and supportive environment, you’re very welcome to join us.
The walk is being organised by South Gloucestershire Race Equality Network (SGREN) as part of our work to support connection to nature, wellbeing and community.
Please register for a free ticket if you’d like to join, and feel free to share this invitation widely with friends, family, colleagues and anyone who you think might benefit. The more people we can reach, the more people we can support.
Hope to see you there!
