Sea Life Brighton Anytime Entry at SEA LIFE Brighton gives you access to the world’s oldest aquarium, where you can explore 150 years of history and see more than 5,000 creatures. The aquarium presents species from Sussex waters and beyond in a setting that is part of Brighton’s heritage.
Built in 1872, SEA LIFE Brighton features original Victorian architecture and a wide range of marine life, including rays, sharks, turtles, terrapins, star fish, seahorses and an anaconda. The experience is designed as an interactive and educational visit for families, with creatures ranging from the curious and rescued to the rare and the enigmatic.
Key facts: The aquarium was built in 1872, is the oldest operating aquarium in the world, and houses over 5,500 creatures.
