About

Welcome to the jungle.

PURR is a high-octane p0le cabaret, here to celebrate Brighton Pride with our very own pride of performers, celebrating the beauty, danger and dominance of the animal kingdom's fiercest felines. With jaw-dropping tricks, prowling choreography and predator-level confidence, our performers transform the stage into a wild arena for our biggest show yet.

PURR is a p0le showcase like no other in Brighton, aiming to platform alternative pole performers - particularly highlighting SW, BIPOC and queer artists.

We are a seated cabaret show, featuring a lineup of artists from Brighton and beyond. We welcome you to support our artists by tipping after each act with our PURR BUCKS available during the show, as well as during the interval, where our wonderful team members will collect cash and card tips that go directly to our performers.

The Ironworks is wheelchair accessible, except for the main smoking area which is up some stairs. There is a separate smoking area for guests with access needs. There is one accessible unlocked bathroom with is in the main building, accessible via a ramp. The flooring is a mixture of polished concrete and laminate wood.

We reserve the right to turn away any guests who do not upload our equality, diversity and inclusion ethos. We uphold a strict zero tolerance policy for any racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, body shaming or breach of consent.

The Ironworks is a queer venue with a focus on events for the queer community. Allies are welcome, however please respect the space.
