Tender Bodies - couples touch and intimacy course

4 weeks to ignite joy, care, support, passion and discovery. Learn to connect with your loved one to a deeper level with touch.

Tender Bodies is 90mins workshop run weekly for 4 weeks (every Sunday at 11am-12.30) that offers an intentional space for couples, lovers, friends and close companions to embrace the power of touch.

It is a journey into presence, connection and the many ways bodies can meet with tenderness and care.

Over the 4 weeks, we will move through themes of intimacy, sensory awareness and the art of body therapy.

We will look at how contact can be both grounding and liberating, how consent and boundaries shape the ways we open to others and how kindness and sensuality flow naturally when space is created for them.

Together we will explore the complex emotions that arise when we allow ourselves to connect more deeply through the body.

It is a chance to strengthen trust and to honour the wisdom of the body as a way to nurture the relationships most important to us.

Rooted in the ethos of Gravitas, this work brings together wellbeing, art and spirituality in a way that is both grounded and transformative.

This course is for those who wish to approach touch with courage, curiosity and gentleness and no previous experience is necessary.
