Nominated The Best Small Music Venue In The UK* Live music is what The Railway Venue is all about but even when there isn’t a band playing it’s still a great place to chill. 5 large video screens show all genres of music videos, every night, whilst a blazing Log Fire and extensive candlelight add to the ambience. When a band is playing you can also watch the action, wherever you are, on the afore mentioned screens, or do it the old way and watch them play on the stage! We have a large Beer Garden (Hot Dog stand on it’s way!), smoking shelter, pool room and easily accessed disabled toilets. Our selection of wines, spirits & beers is second to none and it’s all beautifully kept. We have a dress code policy which means no sportswear, caps, shorts etc. No - we do NOT show Football! Ever. We also have an over 25s policy although we do allow admission to under 25s at our discretion. We are open 7 days a week - Monday to Friday from 5.00pm & Saturday & Sunday from 6.00pm. You can find us directly opposite Bromley Cross Train Station, which is very handy as it shunts passengers to and from Manchester Victoria, Clitheroe, Bolton town centre, Blackburn & Darwen!
