Only giving the 1 star because theres no way to give less. 

This experience was absolutely horrendous. From the money grabbing stalls, which had absolutely no organisation at all. I think I've seen a school Christmas fair organised better. 

£8 to have a small bit of glitter put on a small child's face. Disgraceful. 

A large room of adults with small children on shoulders, which I don't blame the adult as they want their child to see what they paid for. But then staff going round and telling them to take their children off their shoulders. 

Alcohol consumed by a lot of parents... this was a children's event, Alcohol shouldn't have even been suggested. Parents sat on the edge of the floor getting drunk while their children running riot hurting children. 

Singers... if we can call them that, were horrendous. They maybe sang 4 songs related kpop demon hunters. Other than that, no other songs were kpop related. 

Sound system was shocking. Either couldn't hear them singing as the music was too loud or the singing was just that bad. 

Overall, unsafe and unorganised hell. 

Not the experience I wanted my child to have as a first concert type event.

I was looking forward to this as it was advertised as a K-pop tribute, but unfortunately it didn't live up to that at all. There were only a couple of actual K-pop songs, with a lot of non-K-pop music filling the set, which made it feel dragged out.

The sound quality was also an issue  it was very hard to hear the lyrics. I'm not sure whether this was a sound system problem or the performance itself, or both!.

The event was advertised as starting at 3:30pm, but the group didn't appear until around 4:30pm.

Overall, misleadingly advertised and disappointing.

Not ideal to be standing with young children and the adults at the front. Left many children being unable to see including my 9 year old. We left half way through. My 5yr old I could carry to see the stage.

Cost a lot of money to take children not to be able to see anything at all.  There needs to be some tiered viewing, so many small children. Perhaps rows of benches for adults to sit and children could stand. As an adult I had trouble viewing, so many tall adults, many with children on their shoulders. The intervals between the singers I would liken to an expensive children's Butlins show.

Amazing show and performance, I took my 4yr old and she absolutely loved ?'?

The only thing that let it down is that there was no merchandise stalls or face painting stall like they said there was going to be 🤦‍♂️

Overall the actual show and performance was amazing, definitely highly recommended for k pop lovers ?'?😁😁

Very good show really enjoyed it - would have preferred seating as everyone wanted to be at the front but the show was really good

We payed for VIP tick*ts although seats weren't allocated so we ended up squashed with people squeezing into where we were sat. Other people let their children on the table behind us which were screaming and my child was uncomfortable and it spoilt the experience for her.
