We’re throwing it right back to where we started with this one.

Before all the genre switches, takeovers and special editions, neo-soul and R&B were at the heart of the NBHD sound — so for October, we’re bringing those flavours right back to the front.

Think warm chords, heavy grooves, slow jams, 00s R&B, neo-soul classics and plenty of space for the band to stretch things out.

And there’s a new face taking the reins…

After a long time coming, Sam Lear makes his debut as NBHD Musical Director, leading the House Band and putting his own stamp on the jam for the first time.

Setting the tone with featured live sets from two of Birmingham’s upcoming artists:

Two new voices from the city stepping onto the NBHD stage, before we open things up for the jam.
