We requested a refund for this event 5 days ago and so far no reply. I believe this event if it continues going foward is an accident waiting to happen. Very little attention to health & safety.  The very basic safety protocols for the amount of tick*ts sold were non existent.  The Health & Safety Executive needs to get involved before som**hing bad happens.

Review of The Green Man Middleton, Low Noise Bonfire Night Spectactular!

To be honest, the fireworks and bonfire were fine but the rest wasn't really worth the money. It took me nearly an hour to park up and get to the venue,  I had several near misses trying to get past cars/drives/posts. One of the 'stewards' tried to get me to drive through a gap that my car clearly wouldn't fit through, and all of  the cars were just gridlocked. The traffic should have been controlled much better. It was very stressful, and I ended up having to park on a pavement which I wouldn't normally do, and I felt really bad for the residents. There were no stalls selling food, apart from one, which had huge queues. The rest were just cakes and overpriced Christmas tat. The donut stall also looked particularly unappealing and unhygienic. My kids asked to go as soon as the fireworks ended. I think that there were far too many tick*ts sold for the size of the venue, and wouldn't come again.

Not prepared for the amount of people that had tick*ts. No parking. We had to park a 15 minute walk away. Queues for drinks etc were ridiculous. The fireworks were also not low noise!

Could even get into the venue it was that poorly organised, I have requested a refund

Parking was non existent, no assistance on the roads up to venue witnessed people driving on grass verges and scraping other car. Blocking the roads was carnage. Barely any stalls and super expensive. Wouldn't recommend

Not enough planning was given to the number of cars likely to be needing parking! It was chaos! There needed to be a strategy and people to direct and maybe a one way system for the evening/access to a field? Due to the time it took us to travel through the village to find parking we ended up driving straight home!

Poor parking, didnât think about the volume of people attending. Prices of food expensive. Low noise was good but not great firework show 

One person serving at en extremely busy bar. No where to park got stuck in ridiculous traffic as people had no where to go. The event itself was good but the planning around parking was awful and people had to walk long distances to even get there.

No parking, overpriced and rubbish fireworks, not worth the cost of the tick*ts, not very well managed at all event said it was on till 9 but fireworks were literally finished my 7:37!

bit of a shambles with the traffic flow and availability of parking but once we found somewhere to park we had a great time
