About Midweek Madness at National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham

Midweek Madness takes place at the National SEA LIFE Centre Birmingham, where visitors can explore an underwater world with more than 2,000 creatures. Highlights include the UK’s first and only sea otters, Ozzy and Ola, plus Gentoo penguins, an interactive rockpool and the UK’s only 360° Ocean Tunnel.

The attraction brings you close to sharks, rays and a giant green sea turtle, with opportunities to learn about marine life as you move through the centre. In the rockpool, you can even stroke a starfish.

Running time: allow around 1.5 to 2 hours for the full experience, depending on how long you choose to spend inside.

Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but they must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

Disabled guests should purchase a standard ticket and can request one complimentary helper ticket on arrival at the attraction by presenting proof of disability.

Disabled access is available throughout the centre, and disabled toilets are provided. For health and safety reasons, a maximum of 10 wheelchairs can be accommodated inside the attraction at any one time.
