Danny George Wilson is an acclaimed UK-based Americana, roots, and heartland rock musician best known as the frontman of Danny and the Champions of the World. Known for his distinctive vocal delivery and deeply emotional songwriting, he has been a prominent fixture in the British roots music scene since the late 1990s. He releases music through the independent record label Loose Music.
Danny first gained recognition in the band Grand Drive, which he formed with his brother Julian Wilson. The band became a seminal name in the early UK roots-rock movement
