Webber, a young boy born without the ability to have original ideas, wishes one night to become 'filthy rich & f***ing useless' - summoning the Eternal Spirit of Human Greed, Margaret Thatcher, the two then embark on a lifetime of moral gymnastics in pursuit of his goal.
