What a great night! Have been waiting for Darnel to come to the UK and he did not disappoint. Such a talent and so humble. He so deserves to do well. 
Loved the venue too! It was so worth the 300 mile round trip!

He is a brilliant singer doing his own songs then luther vandross and others i would go see him again atthe drop of a hat and the soho social is a brilliant venue great music lovely people you must give this place ago you wont regret it there were people from essex newcastle york and all said it was one of there favorite places they have been

Excellent venue and brilliant hosts. Music was sublime, great audience interaction and he generated a great party atmosphere. The crowd loved him. I accompanied a friend who has followed Darnell for a while. I am new to his music but he now has a new fan. Thanks to Dave Clayton for organising this great event.

Absolutely amazing artist his voice is breathtaking. The venue is also brilliant, great atmosphere, friendly people & excellent music.

Pricey on drinks ,is it a free venue if no artist is on ?

Having listened to Darnel on Facebook, I decided to check him out in person on his UK mini tour. 
Firstly, he was fantastic, great voice, stage presence and interacted with the fans like an old friend. 
The venue, SoHo Social was superb. Well located with lots of parking nearby. Great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff, drinks were reasonably priced. 
The music was an absolute joy for someone who had got into the funk/jazz funk/soul vibe in the early 70's. 
Great night out.
