WILKINSONS IN BRIDGEND SET TO WELCOME IN THE NEW YEAR WITH A MAKEOVER

The Wilkinson store, situated on Nolton Street, Bridgend, will be closed on Wednesday 18th January to undergo a makeover. The store will re-open at 9am on Thursday 19th January, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The Wilkinson store on Nolton Street, Bridgend, is set to kick start the new year with a bang on Thursday 19th January at 9am, as select players from Bridgend Ravens and the deputy Mayor of Bridgend, Councillor Marlene Thomas, and her Consort, Mr George Davies, will unveil the
rebranded store to the public with a re-launch.

The store, which will be closed on Wednesday 18th January, will unveil its eagerly anticipated makeover, featuring an improved layout, new product ranges and a brighter, more modern shopping experience.

The guests will join Wilkinsons head of property, Ian Cutts and store manager, Steffan Roberts, in a ribbon cutting ceremony to officially re-launch the store.

As a treat to help beat the January blues, a free January Sale tombola will take place in store, offering local shoppers the chance to win an array of Wilkinsons goodies. Staff members will also be hosting a
raffle throughout day, to raise money for Wilkinsons charity of the year, Age UK. One lucky customer will win a hamper jam packed full of essential cleaning products from the Clean Up range.

Steffan said: Were really looking forward to unveiling the stores fresh new look as we welcome in the New Year. Not only will the store have a more modern layout, creating an all-round better shopping experience, it will also stock an impressive range of great value seasonal and everyday
products.

The celebrations will continue on Saturday 21st January when a balloon modeller will be in store to create some colourful balloon models for children from 10am until 1pm. A face painter will also be
transforming children into fun characters from 10am until 4pm.
