Throwback Thursday: Jackmaster Tweak-A-Holic #1

We revisit the first ever cheese-filled Tweak-A-Holic mix for this week's Throwback Thursday.

Jackmaster doesn't really produce, and he's one of the very few DJs who doesn't, but what he does do (superbly) is mix pretty much anything and make it work. The Tweak-A-Holic series was proof of that.

The first was uploaded by Numbers in 2012, a few years after the mix originally surfaced. Described as 'the soundtrack to the 80s Spanish holiday you never had', Tweak-A-Holic is filled with Euro-Dance classics and bits of US funk and electro.

It opens with arguably one of the biggest tracks of this summer following Dekmantel's re-relase, Fatima Yamaha's 'What's A Girl To Do' (which became one of the defining tracks in Croatia this year), followed by one of our favourite tracks from Todd Terje and a sickly smooth jam from Rick James

We can't promise you'll be hearing any of these retro tracks in his set, but Jackmaster is playing at Uber all nighter in Carlisle this bank holiday. Check out the rest of Jackmaster's upcoming gigs.

This full tracklisting for this beauty looks like this:
