Fireworks Night with Street Food Extravaganza

Where: Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club in West Bridgford, Nottingham 

Bringing two exciting Bonfire Night events to Nottingham this year, NCCC blends the classic festivities with a street food showcase. Featuring local street food vendors, bars, a DJ, and a spectacular fireworks display. Families will enjoy this event, with free family activities to keep the young ones engaged.

Cinema in the Sky at Nottingham Racecourse

Where: Nottingham Racecourse in Nottingham

Nottingham Racecourse is once again lighting up the sky, this time bringing a ‘Cinema in the Sky’-themed Bonfire Night to the East Midlands. The night will offer families and film fanatics a sparkling light show choreographed to iconic movie soundtracks alongside food stalls and a funfair. Classic movies and fireworks, you can’t ask for much more, can you?

Papplewick & Linby Fireworks

When: Friday 31st October 2025

Where: Papplewick and Linby Village Hall in Papplewick, Nottingham

Drive 25 minutes from the city centre to Papplewick for this Bonfire Night celebration with a dazzling fireworks display and a blazing bonfire. The gates open at 6pm so you can settle in and grab a tasty burger or hot dog, a warm doughnut, a drink from the licensed bar, and some glow sticks for the kids (and for yourself, because who doesn’t love glow sticks). Then the fireworks will commence at 8pm.

Bonfire Night at Norwood Park

Where: Norwood Park in Southwell, Nottinghamshire

A bit further out from Nottingham but an excellent choice, Norwood Park invites guests to a magical Bonfire Night at the elegant country house. Offering brilliant fireworks and delicious food, they're preparing for an unforgettable evening with a lively festive atmosphere as colours illuminate the sky. The Welfare - Bestwood Village - Fireworks Event

When: Saturday 8th November 2025

Where: Bestwood Village Social Club in Nottingham

As the daylight dims, head to the Bestwood Village Social Club Football Club for a fun packed evening beneath the stars. Watch the night sky light up with pickings from the event’s foodfest in hand and keep yourself entertained with funfair rides, glow in the dark fun and games, and an indoor market, all in the build up to the fireworks spectacular at 8pm sharpish.

Stanton Ilkeston Fireworks Event

When: Friday 31st October 2025

Where: Stanton Ilkeston FC in Ilkeston

Fusing two festive holidays into one, Stanton Ilkeston FC is the place to be for an evening of Halloween fun & fireworks under the stars. With gates opening at 5pm, the night will include a food festival, fun fair, a licensed bar in the clubhouse, and of course a fireworks extravaganza set to light up the sky at 8pm sharp.
