The theme for the 2016 event in Liverpool is 'The Return to Afrotopia' which will include capoeira performances and live shows from Afriquoi and Electric Jalaba aongst others.

The Voodoo Ball comes to Liverpool's Invisible Wind Factory on Saturday 29th October for a night of Halloween festivities.
With a theme for 2016 of 'Return to Afrotopia', an array of spectacular audio and visual treats will be on display with African dance music, fire martial arts and drumming all part of the event.
Music will come from Afriquoi (listen above), Electric Jalaba, Rimka and more while the event's annual Wake The Dead Halloween parade will also take place as the voodoo ball links up with BrazUKa - an organisation that connects the UK and Brazil through artistic and cultural activities.
