The Vaccines and Paloma Faith headline Evolution Festival

Evolution Festival returns to the North East from 26th-27th May, with a huge line-up of pop talent headlined by The Vaccines and Paloma Faith.

Taking place at Newcastle Gateshead Quayside across two days over Spring Bank Holiday weekend, Evolution Festival will bring the cream of the UK's pop and indie crop to the North East to perform across two stages, with weekend tickets coming in at under £40. 

Headlining on the Sunday night are The Vaccines, joined on the main stage by Ellie Goulding, Rudimental, The Strypes and more. Appearing on the Ballast Hills stage on the Saturday will be a host of drum and bass and dustup acts including Modestep Live, Lethal Bizzle, Loadstar and Delta Heavy.

Monday sees Paloma Faith take headline spot, joined by Jake Bugg, Bastille, AlunaGeorge and more. Bringing the party to the Ballast Hills Stage on the Sunday will be Sub Focus (Live), Mista Jam, Zinc, Bondax, Gorgon City and more.

Evolution is a snapshot of everything that is vital in contemporary music right now and continues to strive to bring the best artists to the North East to perform in front of the UK’s most rapturous festival audience.  At £29.50 for a day ticketor £39.50 for the weekend, Evolution continues its tradition of providing an amazing show for an unbeatable price.
