Join the fantastic team of British award-winning event experts at Area 51 Design and XtraHumongous events this Christmas for an immersive and enchanting journey in the Merseyside through Charles Dickens’ enduring tale – A Christmas Carol.

You will be taken on a half-hour where Dickens’ classic tale will unfold before you in the enchanting surroundings of Liverpool’s Sefton Park Palm House. As you make your way around, you will meet an array of characters amid wonderful scenery, for a unique experience that mixes theatrical performances with a magical walk through a stunning Victorian location, the only downside is that there aren't any muppets.

Ebenezer Scrooge himself will be your guide through this amazing winter wonderland of Victorian England. Watch as the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Yet-To-Be transform the old tycoon from a grumpy hater of the festive season to a man of the merriest proportions.

The trail culminates in the notorious miser becoming the merry guest who made Bob Cratchit’s family’s Christmas wishes come true, and we hope that this trail will ignite something similar within you; It truly is the spirit of Christmas made real.

The attraction is suitable for families including accompanied children aged four and over, and to complement your dream walk you will have to sample some of the scrumptious festive food and drink from their fabulous food court. Where the best seasonal favourites are on offer, from mice pies to hog roasts to yule logs.

So get those tickets booked! ‘A Winter’s Trail’ opens on Friday 9 December with pre-booked walk-throughs phased so several take place each evening. Walk-through performances will also take place on the 10th and 11th, then on the 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, and 22nd of December 2022.
