Coloursound continues its phenomenal first season with a huge November party, featuring sounds from Sébastien Léger, Marc Leaf, Graham Dixon, Jamie Burley and more.
A collaboration between Mixmag and clothing and events brand We Own, Coloursound Presents We Own… Mixmag will take over The Warehouse until the early hours of Sunday 27th November. Mixmag and We Own will host the main room, while Leeds early morning clubbing institution Uber will host the Loft.
With them they bring house legend Sébastien Léger… French DJ and producer Sébastien Léger owns and manages his own record label, Mistakes Music, and makes house, minimal and electro of the sort that impressed Radio 1 so much they asked him to do an Essential Mix in 2008. He’s remixed Deadmau5 and Daft Punk, so if you like bubbly, big and heavy club sounds, look no further...
Local heroes Marc Leaf, Jamie Burley and Graham Dixon from Uber al spin more house in the cosier second room, The Loft, as does Filth resident and Love Not Money boss Luke Pompey. From We Own’s Edinburgh parties come Dan Rane and One Dollar Dave, whilst Richard Knott is one of the friends Seb Leger brings with him. Closing out the line-up is ever impressive Matt Cooper recently back from playing at Space, Ibiza all summer at in The Red Box.
