Reselling Tickets

Please be aware that reselling tickets purchased from Skiddle is against our Terms and Conditions and may lead to tickets being cancelled without refund

Our state of the art barcoded RapidScan system enables us to cancel any tickets which have been involved in ticket reselling by touts. This will invalidate the ticket and you will be refused entry on the door.

We have already cancelled a number of tickets that have been found on eBay. These tickets are now VOID and will not be valid for entry. We do this to ensure that tickets are made available to genuine customers, and not all purchased by touts demanding much higher face value.

As such, if you are looking for tickets, please do not buy from unauthorised sources as you may be buying void tickets and you will not be allowed entry and not entitled to a refund.

If you have tickets that you are legitimately looking to transfer to a friend, please contact Skiddle and we will advise if this is possible. In some circumstances this may be possible but only when transferred officially via our customer services.
