Bass music aficionados Just Skank continue to endear themselves to Manchester's most savvy bass heads by refusing to get caught up in the consumer friendly, homogenisation of the scene and resolutely stick to their authentic, underground philosophy on a monthly basis at Joshua Brooks. 

Both February and March see the Just Skank crew welcome some of the genuine pioneers of the dubstep scene to make the most of their earth shattering Void Air Motion sound system.

The quality continues when Tempa Records A&R man and dubstep veteran Youngsta unleashes a barrage of soul-shaking, incendiary bass assaults on March 27th.

He'll be joined by label mate J:Kenzo, whose sets gleefully sway between drum&bass, old skool UK Garage and off kilter dubstep (as heard in his Rinse FM mix above).

Deep Medi mainstay Compa will throw down one of his deceptively crushing sets too - expect walls of bass offset with eerie atmospherics, the exact ingredients that have earmarked him as one of the most exciting producers in his field. Get your tickets here.
