A new club is set to open inside a former church in Belfast city centre, named THE TEMPLE.
Owned by promoter and record label Reckless Raves, THE TEMPLE, set to open in September, will be a “sanctuary for fans of harder sounds”, such as hard and industrial techno.
The club will be located inside Carlisle Memorial Methodist Church in Carlisle Circus, Belfast (BT13 1AB), a church that was first built in 1875.
THE TEMPLE’s first party, dubbed "The Initiation", will happen on Saturday 13th September. The lineup for the opening night and details about the afterparty will be announced soon.
In the past, Reckless Raves has booked DJs such as MAHTAL, High Voltage, The Nun, Toxic Machinery, Jason Cluff, HOLY PRIEST, and Nyctonian.
Through their label, DOUBLE R RECORDS, they have released music from the likes of RAGETRAIN, GALLØ, and ARTLUS.
