New York Tourists Return To Blackburn

April 2015 saw Blackburn based band, New York Tourists, play their biggest home town gig to date with a sold out show at Blackburn's King Georges Hall, to celebrate the release of their debut album " You + Me".

The rest of 2016 saw the band go from strength to strength , signing a deal with Scruff of The Neck records, playing many festivals, including, Dot To Dot, Nottingham, Tramlines, Sheffield and raucous set on the woodlands stage at Kendal Calling, as well as receiving a personal invitation from Status Quo to support them in front of 10,000 people at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre.

In October , the band released the single "Only For The Summer", to rave reviews, and played a sold out show at Manchester's Live Room.

Now , New York Tourists have announced that they are doing another big gig in their home town of Blackburn. 11/02/2017 at the beautiful BUREAU, centre for arts in Blackburn town centre.

The band have invited some of the best bands they have played with over the last 12 months as special guests for the night, details of which will be revealed soon.
