2017 has been unforgettable year for the moods so far, having wowed crowds in iconic venues and at festivals. The singles, JOY and POP received airplay on BBC Lancashire, Sheffield, plus 30 + regional FM/am stations. The current video for POP (Profit Over People), broadcast across the globe on TV on the VEVO channel. The highlight of the year to date, a huge launch party for new album "Missing Peace, held at Manchester?s landmark O2 Ritz, 900+ fans packed this iconic venue, to witnessed a spine tingling, emotional night to launch the new moods record.
Missing Peace was Released on CD, Vinyl and digitally on 29th September, achieving five star reviews and selling out of its initial stock in HMV stores within hours of release. 12 songs, packed with potent political messages, this is way more than just infectious music and rap. With so much to say, the moods continue to spread their word far and wide, and are back on tour again. A second UK tour is underway, with gigs in; London, Liverpool, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Sheffield, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Blackpool & Bolton with a massive homecoming gig back in Manchester in December.
