As one of the biggest electronic music publications in the world, it was only a matter of time before Mixmag branched out further and took their hand to live events. They've been releasing a steady stream of carefully curated line ups at some of London's best underground venues, and on Saturday 15th November house superstar MK is headed to the Village Underground.
Four recycled Jubilee tube carriages make up the diverse studios of Village Underground in Shoreditch along with a colossal renovated warehouse space. All of which were redesigned with clubbing, arts and performances in mind.
Not many artists have conquered the world of dance music quite like MK, everything that he touches turns to gold, including the stand-out track of summer 2014, his remix of 'My Head Is A Jungle'. It's not the only one of his productions that take us back to some of the best moments of the year (check out his frenzy-inducing set from Creamfields above)
MK has been a huge driving force behind for the development of house music's progression, he's helped define the sound of modern dance music, but he never strays far from his Detroit roots. Get your tickets here.
