Make Good Your ESCAPE: new Single + uk Tour!

Make Good Your Escape release their second single ‘Beautiful Ruin’ on 3rd April on the Fierce Panda label. The band will also be touring throughout the UK during the spring.

MAKE GOOD YOUR ESCAPE are from Winchester, Southern England. They consist of Mike Yates (vocals / guitar), Tim Foreman (bass), Tim Fleet (guitar) and Steve Wattis (drums). ‘Beautiful Ruin’ is the quartet’s second single, following last November’s ‘No Return’ 7" release on Slogan Records.

On their myspace site it announces that MAKE GOOD YOUR ESCAPE are "purveyors of euphoric rock". This is very, very true. Indeed, MAKE GOOD YOUR ESCAPE are purveyors of euphoric rock with a mind-bendingly entertaining edge as their epic melodic workouts are apt to erupt in a dazzling / frazzling explosion of seething effects pedals and whirling hair.  Over the past few months MAKE GOOD YOUR ESCAPE have been patiently plying their trade on the underground circuit from the Dublin Castle to New York’s CMJ and back again, all the while playing a succession of jaw-droppingly volatile live shows which land somewhere between the skyscraping ambition of U2, the tender sensitivity of Radiohead and the tub-thumping hysteria of Muse. Now is their time to make some seriously demented noise…
