Kesha's latest attempt to remover herself from her contract with Sony Music has been dismissed by a New York judge.

The singer had claimed she was a "slave" to the record label and that her former producer, Dr Luke, had sexually and emotionally abused her.

But the judge has thrown out her claims despite Kesha describing Dr Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Cottwald, as a "monster" and accusing him of raping her after plying the singer with drugs.

She also claimed he bullied her abut her weight leading to her suffering from an eating disorder and being admitted to a rehabilitation clinic in 2014. Watch 'Tik Tok' below.

Dr Luke, who has also produced Kerry Clarkson, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus and Niki Minaj, has denied all the claims, accusing Kesha of making up the accusation in order to release herself from her contract with Sony.

In her ruling, Justice Shirley Werner Kornreich wrote: "[Kesha's] claims of insults about her value as an artist, her looks and her weight are insufficient to constitute extreme, outrageous conduct intolerable in a civilized society.

"There are no facts to support Gottwald’s animus toward women. Gottwald is alleged to have made offensive remarks about Kesha’s weight, appearance, and talent, not about women in general," Kornreich added. "Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime."

The latest ruling comes after Kesha lost a similar appeal back in February.
