With the release of their latest single “If Love Could Have Saved You” with Venbee, Hybrid Minds, the titans of the liquid Drum and Bass scene have released a brand new music video to accompany the track. A video which they have partnered with the youth mental health charity, Joe's Buddy Line, to create.

The track itself was written by Venbee and Charlotte Haining, the latter of whom's brother Matt unfortunately passed due to suicide, and is who the lyrics are written for. It is a powerful song that moves the feet and touches the heart, acting as a dedication to Matt and his life, as well as to all young people who are suffering from mental health issues.

In partnering up with Joe's Buddy Line, Hybrid Minds hope to raise awareness of, and provide avenues towards helping, young people suffering from mental health. Watch the video below:

Joe's Buddy Line was set up in the legacy of Joe Lyons; "A caring son, brother, a wonderful friend and a talented, award-winning Radio Producer." The charity aims to provide emotional and mental health support for young people from Primary School to University, by offering workshops run by certified mental health professionals and a range of other initiatives.

Such initiatives include SHOUT 85258, a free, confidential text support service in the UK, for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed or struggling to cope. At any time of day or night, you can text ‘Joesbuddy’ to 85258 for a conversation with a trained volunteer.
