Gorilla Club & EXHiBiT present: Butch & David Glass

Hot Creations are the imprint on everyone’s lips at the moment. With a roster that includes the likes of Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, and Miguel Campbell, Hot Creations has been providing the soundtrack to underground house parties right across the country for sometime now. One important member of that team is the endlessly versatile and trendsetting Butch, a.k.a. Bülent Gürler.

With releases on massive labels such a Sven Vath’s Cocoon and Ricardo Villalobos’ Sei es Drum, the German born producer has become one of the most popular vanguards of underground dance music at the moment. With productions ranging from techno to house, Butch’s records always come stamped with his own unique sense of authenticity, and an originality that is tough to define.

With the prolific producer undoubtedly on fire at the moment, his set at Gorilla Club on the 10th of May will be a riveting blend of genres, styles, and exclusive material, firmly aimed at maximising the dancefloor, something for which he has become particularly well known for.

Joining him for EXHiBiT will be Liverpool based tech house prodigy David Glass. A favourite of Yousef’s Circus label, David Glass has also had a number of releases on labels such as Phil Weeks’ Robsoul label, Sneak Classics, and his own Midnight Music imprint. Showing no signs of letting up, the passionate 21 year old has in a short amount of time established himself as a potential major player, and certainly one to watch.

With Mute! DJs and residents rounding off the bill, Manchester’s remarkable Gorilla Club Venue is preparing to host yet another demonstration of everything that is good in the world of pure underground house and techno.
