Manchester clubnight Doodle has enjoyed a terrific five years, with previous guests showcasing a sublime taste in underground house, disco and all that good stuff. With Bicep, Todd Terje, Medlar and Detroit Swindle being just some of those, its easy to see why Doodle enjoys a stellar reputation and cult-like following in the North West.
August 26th sees Doodle head to Soup Kitchen to celebrate its 5th birthday, with gifted Melbourne selector Francis Inferno Orchestra in charge of scoring the occasion. His freewheeling delivery of groove laden, soulful house to more jackin', propulsive beats is exactly the kind of tackle that a celebration of this stature requires. Get a glimpse of that in his superb Boiler Room set above.
