Egg London - The Birthday

We're always impressed with the calibre of nights that Egg London continues to showcase, so with their birthday approaching on the 3rd of May we knew we were in for one hell of a ride, and as always, they've delivered.

To celebrate entering its 11th year of operations, they have drafted in one of house music's most in demand acts to really get the party started - Solomun.

As the boss of the scene leading Diynamic imprint, Solomun has virtually redefined European house music with his relentless championing of the emotive and the visceral whilst implementing a modern twist on the house staple.

With two legendary Ibiza season's already under his belt, Solomoun continues to inspire the future house generation with his flawless DJing sets, inspired tastes and crowd pleasing nous (experience some of that above). Label mate DJ Phono gets in on the action too, with Egg London regular Christian Varela taking over duties for the Familia curated ground floor.

Making the night even more special, they will install their notoriously bone shaking Flipside sound system right across the entire venue. With the rig gaining plaudits from the likes of bass and acid warehouse specialist Boddika who called it, “literally one of the best sound systems I’ve ever played on!”, as well as hard as nails techno duo Dense & Pika, who announced it as “the best sound system in London, period”, Egg's 11th Birthday is fully primed to border on the legendary.
